While we were away.....

We are very lucky to have such awesome family who agreed to pitch in and take care of the boys while we were in New York.  My mom assured me that while we were gone the boys didn't even ask about us or seem to miss us at all.  They had a mini vacation all their own at Grandma's house.  Here's a few pictures of all of their fun.

Bedtime stories with Grandpa.
They made finger cookies that they then wanted to take around to the neighbors as "phantoms."  They tried to ring the doorbell and run, but they couldn't be quiet while they were hiding and they got caught.  The neighbor thought it was hilarious.

My mom took them to her ward's Trunk or Treat and they got their faces painted.
 They made banks with Grandpa.

 They carved pumpkins.

They helped Grandpa wash his truck.
They went trick-or-treating in the rain (for some reason Shelly thought it would be fun to have them hold a picture of their first Halloween).

And after a long fun-filled week they cuddled up for some relaxation time.
It's so nice to have such awesome parents that are willing to take care of the boys - it's a lot of work!  The boys had a great time and because they had a great time we were able to have a great time.  Thanks guys!
