It's always nice when my dad is around because I don't have to lug Spencer around, he wants Grandpa to do it.I love the look on Spencer's face in this one....he's not too sure about that guy.

Day Out With Thomas
On Memorial Day we all headed up to Heber for a Day Out With Thomas. The boys had a blast, and they are still talking about it now, months later. In fact, almost all of the prayers they say now include ‘Bless Thomas’. They had sidewalk chalk, bubbles, Thomas tattoos, a petting zoo, train tables, and more. The day ended with snake balloon animals, and really, what could be better than that?
You never know what will happen when you're with my mom. Where I see goats in a field, she sees a fieldtrip opportunity, so I wasn't surprised when she told me to pull over so we could feed the goats. What did surprise me was that although the goats were more in the middle of the field she was able to get the all to come running over with her special 'goat call' (feel free to ask her to demonstrate next time you see her, it's impressive). Spencer and Carter thought this little adventure was great fun, I just hope the owner of the goats didn't mind.

The Zoo
We had a lot of fun going to the zoo with all of Matt’s family for Bridger and Brielle’s birthday.

Spencer decided that riding on the carousel animals was not for him, so instead we both got to stand there and go around, and around, and around. Just looking at this picture is still enough to make me sick, blech!
The best part of the zoo!
Graduation
I can’t believe that I finally graduated, I am so excited!!! In some ways the time went by so fast, and in other ways it was a long time coming. We had a graduation dinner at the Lion House for just the dental hygiene students. It was a nice, fun evening. They gave “awards” to all of the students for different silly things and I got the Dancing Queen award, go figure. My mom and Dad were able to come and it was a fun night.

The next day was the graduation ceremony for the college. It was fun to be there with all of the girls in my class, I’m going to miss everyone so much!

That night we had a family get together to celebrate. Matt did all of the planning and cooking and I must say he did a great job. It was a great day!

Easter
We took the boys to an Easter Egg hunt on Saturday morning. This is us trying to convince them to stand on the sidelines of a baseball field full of candy until the fire engine blew its horn. Not as easy as it sounds.
Once the hunt started Carter took off and ran across the field, stopping for the occasional piece of candy here and there, I think he enjoyed his freedom more than than the candy. Spencer was more excited about getting the candy. Afterwards the boys met up to check out each other’s loot.
